Saban tucked his tail between his legs becuase his ego was crushed. He knew he wasn't cut for the NFL which is why he ran back to college ball. For all the reasons mentioned above are the resons why he won't return. He will be forever remebered as one of the greatest college football coaches with a footnote of "couldn't hack it in the NFL." Knowing Saban's ego, it kills him that he failed in the NFL. But hey he won 4 college NCs. Nice consilation prize.

They won't do that because of his failed attempt in Miami. They would be afraid that if things got tough he would bolt again. No way Saban ever goes to the NFL again.
