The only thing that could have made the ending better was to have papa bear, Bill O'Reilly, replace trebek.
I thought that's what that was leading up to

That final sing a long was just wonderful. It was joyous television.
I also liked that the show then eneded with Neutral Milk Hotel over the end credits. Colbert is music nerd right to the end.

No way Bill O'Reilly was showing up after what Colbert said about him Tuesday night.

not sure - that's great - but i think him doing the Up All Night montage was his best.

Some of them...
Bryan Cranston, Willie Nelson, Neil deGrasse Tyson, Patrick Stewart, Big Bird, Cookie Monster, Sam Waterston, Alan Alda, Ken Burns, Andy Cohen, George Lucas, Henry Kissinger, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Katie Couric
I think I also saw Sam Waterson, Ray Odierno, Tom Brokaw, Jeff Daniels, Keith Olberman, James Franco
Then you had JJ Abrams and Bill Clinton

Katie Couric was pretty excited to dance with that guy, and that guy was ready to take her to poundtown.

Couric and that guy dancing is just odd to me. They don't even know who he is, and he looks a lot younger than her, and they both look like they're ready to rip each other's clothes off.

It was so good. I laughed. I cried. I lost 10 pounds.
