Call the office of the county you're getting married in. They're cheap.

I like this too.

People never really talk about this in regards to wedding planning, but if you aren't getting married in your church, this is scary. What if you end up with someone really old and slow? What if you get someone who thinks it is appropriate to crack jokes? There are a lot of things that could go wrong.

To be legal the Official has to be registered in clerk of court office of a parish or county
