Batch recipe for Old Fashioned

Looking to make gallon of old fashioned for Christmas Eve. I make them 1 finger simple syrup 2 dashes Peychaud's, 3 fingers makers but have never made big batch. Having a party and don't trust bartenders to make right one at a time. Anyone have by the gallon recipe?
