Between going out and buying for home, I easily spend that much on booze in a month.

Stein's is your best bet
If you are looking forr more Parish stuff, you need to go to Calandro's in BR or pick it up in Lafayette. NOLA doesn't get a lot of it.

Whole Foods has a good selection

NOLA beer store that I should hit up on the 22nd to get supplies before heading to Morgan City??

Steins is the best. I'm assuming you are flying into kennerbrah then headed strait to MC ? If so id just hit up Whole Foods in Metairie if I wanted to be quick. I think they have a great selection.

here is round about what i was sending

2 trades = 50 each
1 recurring beer shipment with a group = 50
purchases from out of state = 200
local purchases = 100

Possibly closer to $400

This is just beer via shipments and local putchsese. Doesn't count a fifth of ourbon or a night out drinking on the town. This was stricly beer trades and purchases for private stock.
Sorry but that's just way too much to spend on beer. I know many will disagree but I lived it, and it was a waste overall. Also at the time i was doing this i was fresh out of college so i had less income.

Farmhouse IPA and GR still on the shelves around these parts.

Yeah, if that's just on beer for the house, that's probably pushing it.

i was really referring to sixers.

Yea that's the point. That was just stash/ drink at home beer. It was overboard.

My 2015 resolution is to drink down the beer cellar until it'll all fit comfortable in the bottom of my closet. Right now there is a serious overflow.

mine was in several closets, now its just in a spare room. im chipping away at it. I learned a hard lesson that some beer just can't be cellared in LA heat. Some are just drain pours, some are still great.

Thanks. I'll be heading into the city to meet up with the wife's cousin to get a key to her place. We'll have 2+ hours to kill so I'll make sure to check out Steins.

Do you even embrace the funk bro ?

Want to say a raspberry Brett and an apricot sour. I'm sure bottomland will come correct me.

One of the beers I had on Rouge night was from that series via Bottomland.

Correct. The bums I brought with me to beat the bottle limit smelled worse than the dumpsters full of spent grain. Worth it.
