Do you latch bathroom stall door to take a leak?

I was taking a leak in a urinal and a dude comes in, goes to a stall, and locks the door to take a leak... I never do. I just assume i'm seen and trust people wont walk in on me..Am i in the wrong?

Do you use the side-thing or the main toilet? Using the side-car definitely provides a different view to people who open the door.

Nope. I prefer to use the stall instead of the urinal at my work. The urinal is too close together and there are only 2 of them. Old guys like to use the urinal even when the stall is open. They grunt, fart and cough. Sometimes their shoulders touch me and I can't handle that.
