Sure is a pretty deer. How far would a miller lite can come up on him? Bout to his knees? If it weren't for that rocking chair sitting on his head, he could squeeze through the crack between my front gate and the post without opening it.


Seriously though, what does that deer weigh? I'm curious.

Those S Texas deer are small

We've killed 4 does over 140# on my lease so far. One was 147, one was 150

Dressed probably only 135. South Texas deer are naturally small bodied, the summers down here are brutal.

Saw a doe followed by a young 8 pt. Then saw a few more bucks around us. No shooters and no real good looks.
