Jets might take it. If you think about it, it saves you from having to spend a high first round pick on a QB and instead you could draft a LT or a DL. They likely won't be in position to take the Oregon kid and they can't roll on back with Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum next season.

Good point. We'll see. I can't remember which podcast talked about it, but if the Bears cut Cutler and he's signed by another team for a lesser amount, the Bears only owe Cutler the difference.
