IDK, the Cardinals have been pretty good with shite QB play this year.

Yes they have. Doesn't mean the QB position isn't the most important on the team.

I see the playoff standings looking like this.

NFC

1. Seahawks
2. Packers
3. Cowboys
4. Saints
5. Lions
6. Cardinals

AFC

1. Patriots
2. Broncos
3. Steelers
4. Colts
5. Ravens
6. Chargers

10 of 12 teams have very good QBs. 1 has an above average QB. 1 has a shitshow at QB.

Still Rodgers.

However, if the Packers don't win the NFC North, he doesn't win MVP.

Brady
Murray
Watt
Romo

Those are the other four that jump into the mix.

ETA: And if the Packers don't win their division, and Dallas wins out, the Cowboys would be the 1 seed in the NFC.

Is brady the current favorite? I think it was Rodgers before GB's loss to Buffalo.

Didn't Brady have a really really shitty game this year?

If it was literally most valuable player, wouldn't Peyton Manning just win by default every season?

They have weapons all over the field on offense and defense...I think they would do just fine with their backup in there

They are not the 2011 colts

The guys on the radio seem to think there is a good chance the Cards sign Tebow! I don't know if anyone has mentioned it on here but Chris Mortensen added him to his fantasy team and Tebow was on an 8am flight to Phoenix this morning. God I hope they sign him just for the melt on this board!

the Cardinal might be playing shitty QBs, but their play hasn't been shitty.

15th in passing yards, best in the division
17th in touchdown pass, best in the division

only 3 teams have thrown fewer picks
only 4 teams have taken less sacks

Our line has been AMAZING which is why we don't have many sacks, we have so few INTs because the ball more than 10 yards what seems like twice a game. Almost all of our passing yards have come from deep bombs, they usually hit the very few they attempt, or short little swing passes to RBs that get good YAC. Our QBs are never going to win a game for us...but they also usually don't lose them. We are pretty much LSU this year.

Odell Beckham Jr.

after reading this board carefully enough ... I've learned he's the best WR in all of football.

I'm pretty sure that would only be if the Seahawks don't win out, they hold the tiebreaker with Dallas

Romo on the road in 2014:

139 of 194. 1,634 yd. 18 td 1 int. 125.7 Qb rating
7-0 record

Since breaking his back:

99 of 139 1,190 yd 13 td 2 int 122.3

NFL Updated Qb Ratings
1. Aaron Rogers - 111.2
2. Tony Romo - 110.4
3. Peyton Manning - 106.4

Antonio Romo 4 MVP

They would hold the tiebreaker with Seattle if just those two teams have the same record. If a 3rd team gets involved and makes it a 3 way tie then that would hurt Dallas

Correct. Since I have Seattle, Dallas and Green Bay all ending up with a 12-4 record, it goes down to won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference. shite is complicated. I trust the playoff machine to figure it out.
