gonna be sure to bump this tomorrow after a 3-13 evans performance. HOU is a top 2 defensive team in the league Evans won't be running wild against a legit rim protector.

yea... i guess you didn't get the point of the statement. Not saying he would be successful but sure as frick won't be deterred either. Hence the multitude of 3-13 performances. but keep

post your proof that davis' defensive impact is greater than bogut's defensive impact

There can't be "proof" either way. They play different positions in different schemes with different players around them. They have also played significantly different schedules.

Bogut is absolutely a good defender. He is used as a back line stopper. AD is deployed much differently, affecting shots and drives at the arch. Does he get out of position on rotations? Sure, but he is also asked to rotate a lot more than normal PFs or Cs.

Boom is a little slow on the uptick.

Who is the legit rim protector? Motiejunas? I saw that in the stats earlier in the year but that has to be a statistical anomaly right? Non homer answer if possible please.

He does some scouting on the side, I'm sure he can be professional about it.

D12. Motiejunas has been great in D12's absence but Dwight is the guy I was talking about.

Dwight's back? I thought he was going to be out for a while still.

The Camera Tracking data says Dwight's #2 behind Bogut in % at the rim. Asik's actually fallen out of the top 5 a good bit to #15. I mentioned in another thread he's seemed really lethargic lately, more than usual. I wonder if his back is still hurting.

I wouldn't doubt it. Back injuries seem to take forever to get right.

he came back last game and seemed to not miss a beat. he still remains questionable for tonight's game though. they may choose to sit him out of the 2nd game of a back to back if he is not fully ready for the grind just yet. so even if he goes tonight he may sit tomorrow

AD absolutely KILLED us at times last night. I was furious with him.

Glad we came out on top though!

Half a game tonight and half a game tomorrow night should be enough to ensure 2-0.

possibly but Denver kept it reasonably close last game and were within striking distance in the 4th. may not be enough for Dwight to play 20 minutes tonight. with the pels, y'all will probably start off on a big run and we will get down fairly quick before making a comeback attempt and having it close in the 4th, then herp derping our way to a blowout loss.
