There is no currently legal form of execution which is sufficient in this case.

And yet, he will not face the death penalty. Wow! I hope someone takes good care of him in prison, really good care.

shite like this is why we need the death penalty and it should remain legal for barbaric and pure evil crimes like this.

Reminds me of Susan Smith

quote:

Earlier on Thursday, Hiawayi's father, Hiawatha Robinson, pleaded for information on his daughter's whereabouts. He said she had called on Tuesday to ask for money ahead of her birthday on Sept. 24.

ETA:
quote:

"I just want her to come home and talk about my bald head," he said as he recalled her jovial nature. "I miss all that."

I bet he does.

They lived in Pritchard.

Anyone familiar with the area would not need to see a picture.

Just saying..

Wait a second. I broke a cardinal rule. Just like Trayvon, Ferguson, Duke Lacrosse, et al, when I heard about it I jumped to a conclusion. This is so totally whacked, I'll wait for all the facts to come in.

How come Rev. Al hasn't addressed this?
Don't black lives matter?
Hope some serious evil happens to that mofo... frickin animal- his own daughter.
Got a feeling a special place in hell is waiting- hope it don't have to wait long!

He still can face the DP. Rape and murder plus they could add other charges as well. I wonder what his priors are. He could also be tried as habitual. If the DA chooses to put a DP-eligible charge before the grand jury they'll go for it. The Feds are involved as well.

Personally, I'd like him to be placed in general population. Prison justice will be painful.

I evaluated a female who murdered her son in a horrific way. Woman was evil. She took a plea for life with possibility of parole. She was killed in prison within a year.
