Damn. They always seemed to have the best cast chemistry. And the characters kinda resembled their respective cast members in one way or another.

Just watched some of Offermans special on Netflix. Pretty funny and I'm not a big standup guy.

They are giving it the 30 Rock treatment, which is to say yes, they are shitting on it. It doesn't actually start until January and then only gets half a season.

Isn't it like 13 episodes airing two per week with an hour long finale?

Yeah I think the biggest difference that everyone notices between season 1 and the other seasons is that everyone kind of became themselves in their characters and they let them improvise more

Maybe it's just good writing but Everytime I watch it I always feel like those people are actually friends IRL

Felt the same way about scrubs

Watching this right now and feel like The office was never as funny as this show. Maybe it's just a preference thing with the character style?

Never been a huge office kind of person. I think it's because of how heavy they use the cutaway interview gimic, it makes everything more impersonal so I never got attached to the characters

Parks and rec at it's best kept that trick up it's sleeve until it was a perfect moment to use it and it fit well with the joke

I'm watching Community right now and while I'm really liking it...it's still just a notch below Parks and rec for me. P&R is one of my all time favorites
