Spin-off - Are white incandescent Christmas lights a sign of wealth?

Rich neighborhoods that's all you see on homes. Are color Christmas lights considered trashy to the rich?

LED lights are trashy. Incandescents are more expensive, therefore, classier.

I can't wait to invade the classy Target shoppers the week after Christmas and scoop up all the colored LED's. They'll be sipping their Starbucks, looking fine in some Yoga pants and boots, and turn their nose up at the clearance section of Holiday items. I'll swoop right in and fill up the buggy with strands of all red, all blue, all green, and a few multi-colored ones as well. I'm going to be a modern day Clark Griswold next Christmas. Might even leave them up year round.

I have a co-worker that lives on Rosa Park in New Orleans. Supposedly, his lawn is littered with blow ups. If true, I'm shocked.
