Decision for my Championship round D/ST

Titans @ Jags
Giants @ Rams
My league is pretty standard for D/ST and the lowest a team has scored against the Jags is 8 which happened twice. Every other defense has scored double digits. The last time they played the Titans D scored 13 points. I think I may be crazy for considering playing the Titans D but the Jags offense has been really bad this year.
ETA: Added the Giants at the Rams.
