Not a Murray owner, but i gotta think the cowboys are crazy if they start him this week. Sure, he might be capable, but this is the heartbeat of that offense. if a big hit makes it that much worse for him, why risk it?

I just want them to shut down Murray if they're going to give him some snaps. I'd rather play randle and Martavis/Stewart than randle and Murray

If they lose 1 game and the Eagles win out, Dallas doesn't win the division and will likely miss the playoffs.

From what I've read, there is no risk of that post-op. And the why is because Dallas is a hair's breadth away from being outside looking in on the playoff picture.

On the ESPN Radio this morning, they said Cowboys officials expect Murray to play. I've moved him to one of my FLEX spots just incase he is scratched, but I have some hope.

Isn't probable to questionable a downgrade?

Have they explained how he can play with this injury? Won't every defender be going after said hand? I don't get it

Murray, however, has not been ruled out for this week's game against the Indianapolis Colts.

Sources told ESPN's Ed Werder that the Cowboys are confident Murray will be able to play against the Colts as they consider this injury to be easily tolerated.

"The biggest question we have to ask ourselves is, is he functional to do his job?" Garrett said. "Can he hold the football? Can he carry it under duress? Can he block? Can he do the things necessary to play the position?

"He's as strong-willed and as determined an individual as I've ever been around, and if anybody has a chance to come back, he does."

Murray suffered a broken fourth metacarpal bone, a source told ESPN.com. The injury occurred late in the fourth quarter of the Cowboys' 38-27 win against the Philadelphia Eagles.

After the game, Murray said he was "good," but he did not elaborate about his hand. He had X-rays taken after the game and was examined further Monday.

The fourth metacarpal is the long bone in the hand that runs from the base of the fourth finger to the wrist. The Cowboys know the bone won't fully heal for six weeks. In terms of risk, there's no difference between playing this week or sitting out one game.

they don't update the projections as fluidly as they update the injury statuses. he was listed as out.

I have him and Randle both so my concern is they play him but then don't give him the same workload.

This is where the tough decision comes as well. I have Forte, J Hill, J Bell, and Murray. I can only start 3. I would hate to sit Hill only to have Murray get 10 touches

I've kinda got the same issue. I've got Forte and CJ Anderson along with Murray. Can only start 2. May just leave Murray on the bench anyway but I'd rather not
