Wow, I thought I was prepared for feedback..lol...

I do not judge a man by his wallet, and am a flawed man and am sure many on this board have much more $$$ than me, as I said in OP, I have worked hard and been fortunate, not looking for any credit nor do I feel superior, just presenting my thoughts.
As far as if I am legit, I am glad to confirm in confidence with Chicken etc I am legit as far as being a top 100, but in the end I am just presenting my point of view like anyone else.

I have gotten to spend a good amount of time with Joe A and think he has done some very good things at LSU. He is perhaps (IMHO) the best at helping TAF fund raise which is vital (yes in this respect I see him as better than Skip or Joe D). I also think he has made some very good hires (not just coaches, but admins) but was only saying that between Joe and Alexander and the current BOS hiring a Football coach at LSU is IMHO perhaps, beyond their talents. Could they do it well, of course, but even the best struggle to do this.

Anyone who is actually a top 100 donor for LSU does not need to go on a message board and proclaim that they are a top 100 donor. You are full of shite.

most posters share their perspective, old time fan, student, young fan, Baseball fan, buy tickets below face day of game, take family to game, go to tailgate, disect each play, played ball etc., I am simply presenting my perspective, I never played football past 10th grade and have little idea what it takes, I am not living in Alabama around a bunch of bama fans...im simply a guy who sees things from a boosters point of view...no better or worse, just maybe different..thats all...

Oh really...and did you direct the same sentiment to the OP? Probably not because you are an idiot. To derive that from my comment is assinine.

Glad you're posting, top100. A couple of questions/comments -- perhaps you can offer some insight:

(1) How can LSU get out of playing at aTm on Thanksgiving night? It was for our family a distraction from the holiday and in some respects an afterthought. I hope it never becomes a tradition at Tiger Stadium, and would prefer it doesn't at Kyle Field either.

(2) I'm thrilled that Les is staying as coach. I don't think many folks fully appreciate how good of a coach or a man he is. I think stability is a great thing, and I don't want to jump into the coaching fray and end up on a long roller coaster of regret.

(3) Can you shed any light on issues raised by LSU with the SEC regarding officiating bias?

Thanks.

I completely agree. Look at Foley, the AD at Florida. The fact of the matter is that he went to Colorado State for his football coach. It might be a good hire, but he is also rolling the dice. Neb, Wisc, and Texas didn't exactly rock the world with their football hires either.

Please tell us. Is there as much frustration with the offense at that level as there is with the Rant?

Also, does anyone higher up think there is any chance that Miles is close to accepting the fact that his offensive philosophy may not be the best thing for LSU?

I will try and always be honest about what I know and can share, but just becuase I gve money does NOT mean I know a lot of secret stuff. So,

I agree about Thanksgiving and asked Joe A a while ago about it, not sure it will change anytime soon, do not know much else.

Officiating is a real tough one- I know nothing more than what I read on this baord etc.

The offense this year...well...take it FWIW, the QB issue is off field issues not on field. I have heard a reason from a few insiders (not coaches directly, but people I trust) that makes me beleive BH is not playing much for a very good reason this past year. Having said this, I still think (based on what the reason I was told) he can still be a star here, time will tell, but it is one of those things where you have "trust" that we do not know everything.

For example, I know we have lost a lot of Juniors to NFL the past few years and Les gets blame (and no doubt deserves some) but several of those who left, could NOT come back due to grades etc. Things that arent public are very real.

One more thing, I was close with a past HC and recall a game where one of our best players was out in Q4 when other team came back to beat us- coach got roasted for not playing him- but the real reason he was not playing was he (the player) was having an anxiety attack and a break down-could not go back in. How do I know, I was on the sidleines and saw it.

Welcome to the board.

If you don't mind answering, how old are you?

One final thing. Can you teach or hire someone who can, Les how to clap his hands properly.

I find people who post/reply on this board to be brutally honest and sometimes brutally cruel. You have to have a thick skin to hang in this joint.

Your signon name was probably a bad decision as it attracted a great deal of negative feedback.

BTW- I agree with your original response. I have felt this way for a long time.

Sorry I don't buy the "off the field issue". Harris was a great kid in Bossier at Parkway and had good grades. Didn't do the party thing(wasn't Dazed and Confused anyways). I honestly believe he just wasn't quite comfortable enough back there or didn't show the coaches enough to give them full confidence he could handle the offense as well as AJ. I know, AJ sucked too but it is what it is. Believe me, I want Harris in! He's a Bossier kid. But I think AJ gave us the best shot at victory...this year. Hopefully Harris or even AJ will be ready for next year.

Welcome aboard. You seem legit to me so far. Your viewpoint just may be a needed addition to the insanity and speculation here.
