Wife and I were in Nashville this weekend and ordered some. Waitress asked if we like horseradish before we ordered and we replied, yes. Had really high hopes and they were just ok and had no spice. This has not deterred me and I think properly made could be really good. I was wondering if anyone has had them and enjoyed them. If so, do you have a recipe?

I like jalapeno deviled eggs and a little horseradish mixed in would be fine, but the thought of "bloody mary" flavored eggs doesn't interest me. I don't like the yolk to be overpowered so much and I'm not too keen on tomatoes or tomato products mixed in. I guess you could pickle them in bloody mary mix somehow and not mess with the yolk too much?

Made sriracha deviled eggs topped with candied pancetta yesterday. They got devoured.

I googled and there are a number of recipes online that don't have but a T of bloody mary mix and a little vodka in them. Not sure I want raw vodka in my eggs, though. The little bit of mix might be okay.

I like bloody marys. I like deviled eggs. I have no desire to eat a bloody mary deviled egg.

We make deviled eggs with yolk, mayo, mustard, bacon, and cheese.
