I had avoided this series because the animation looked a little juvenile. But this weekend my son and I caught the marathon and I have to admit I was very into it. The stories are pretty good. It's just as good as The Clone Wars so far. I really enjoyed it. I wish Vader was in it.

I'm sure others have made this connection, but is this really, really similar to Firefly?

I've caught some of it. It's enteraining but a little too aimed at younger audiences for my taste.

We have enjoyed it so far but I don't think it is on the level of the Clone Wars. The Clone Wars did a fantastic job of filing in so many holes of the story for me.

Not quite to Clone Wars level but still very good.

Starting watching this over the past few days. Really enjoy it. The Inquisitor is a bad MoFo.

I also thought it looked too kid-friendly, but I caught the 2nd half of the first episode a few days ago. Now I want to see them all...

You guys been keeping up?

Below are a few spoilers.

The first episode back had our favorite little guy master (voice anyway) and was pretty serious in nature - the second one had Lando himself. I really like this little show.

We've been watching. I really dug the "Degobah" scene in the Jedi Temple with Yoda. Not really sure I liked how they portrayed Lando.

I haven't seen Vader once. Have I missed him?

Have watched the season finale I think.
Really liked it.

If this is indeed canon, very excited about the future.

Loved the way this season ended. Looking forward to more. This show is shaping up to be pretty awesome.

Do I "need" to watch all the Clone Wars? Or are they pretty meh? I saw the first season and that was it.

A friend of mine writes a lot of the music for the show. They get darker and more for older viewers as the season continues. Keep watching... Next season should be interesting.

I think he made an early appearance in the season, giving the Inquisitor his marching orders.

He's also in the season finale. It looks like he will play a larger role next season.

My son watches at 7 am when he is getting dressed and eats breakfast. I saw Vader get off the IS at the end of an episode this week.

Looks like Vader will have some presence in next season's episodes. These are supposed to be canon shows, and I read where some of the characters or locations may be in the new movies.

I mean it's cool and all that Vader will be in season 2, but I'm not sure how the Rebels can "win" in this scenario.
