We killed a black coyote on our place this weekend. Never seen one before. Thought it may have been a half breed with wild dogs at first but it's not. Pretty rare like an albino from what were told

i had a black one behind the house for 2 years. neighbor finally got him... i honestly didn think they was that rare

I have the image on photobucket. How do I load it? I clicked the image button on the side and inserted the photo URL but it doesn't look like it loaded correct

I've come to the conclusion they are not rare. I started a thread a few weeks back about if they were rare cause I had two on one camera. Then we caught one on a totally different lease...

That's the first black one I've seen around here that looks like a yote. I shot a normal one a few years back never seen a black one other than pictures. I tried to skin it and tan the hide but they are much harder to clean than I anticipated, ended up getting holes through the hide and when we stretched it out it ripped open.
