It's still candy-assed to call Christmas in the Oaks by it's PC name Celebration in the Oaks.

I kind of agree.
Then again, I'm sure the people running the non profit kind of want that Jewish money coming in for donations to help the park, so there is that for them to worry about.

No, I was talking just about Christmas in the Oaks vs Celebration in the Oaks silly.
In N.O., the jews donate alot of money to charitable causes and I could see where it came to a decision of changing the name to make sure big donations were going to happen.
In general, I think people who get annoyed about someone saying Merry Christmas are pansy asses.
