anyone had this issue? I bought it from target. Do i bring it back to target or contact microsoft to try to get the unit replaced?
I got the console back in august with forza. I never tried (or had the need) to eject the disc until now because I only had one game.

I feel like this was an issue when they launched. Have you tried hard resetting the console?

Happened to me once. I unplugged it for a minute and plugged it back in.

did a hard turn off and turned it back on
restarted it multiple times
tried to manually eject it multiple times.
did a factory reset. the disc still won't come out
I'm tempted to open it up, but don't want to risk voiding anything. what are my options from here?
