re: Buying a for sale by owner home

I wrote a contract on the back of an envelope once. Gave the seller a dollar. Wrote that we would close in 30 days for $X and during the 30 days we had access to the property to inspect it and we went from there. My lender told me the name of the attorney who would close and he drew up everything else.
