Saints next 3 opponents are:

Chicago 5-8
Atlanta 5-9
Tampa 2-12

There are NO EXCUSES for losing to any of these 3, unless we are a bad team too.

If we can't win these 3, serious changes need to happen with the personnel and coaching staff.

Doesn't matter. Two division games and we're not lucky or playing great this year.

There may be 1 excuse.

If we beat Chi & ATL, & Car loses to Clev (hopefully they start Hoyer) the Saints will have clinch the South before the TB game.

I think we received that answer last week.

Here's praying that was a wake up call to the young guys

Holy shite, have you fricked yourself stupid or something.
What have the Saint's shown you so far that would indicate that they aren't a bad team.

Nothing i have watched this season gives me any hope that they will win another game this season.

Saints fans are delusional. Yes I like them but could care less about them if they win or lose. But in all honesty I don't believe that a .500 or below .500 team should be in the playoffs. The league is so watered-down. Same in the NBA. But it's the nature of the beast.

Fascinating story. Congrats? Why post often or start threads on a Saints fan forum if you aren't fan?

Nothing in your post supports you opening statement.

I don't think anyone really disagrees. We've been bitten by it before.

Saints fans aren't the ones who made the rules

Yet a 10 win team was left out last year.

Other good teams will get left out this year. If anything, the division rules makes it less watered down.

Every darn time this year that we have been in this position (possibly taking division lead) we have laid a royal egg. Why should we honestly believe this week will be different?

We were in this situation @Carolina and @Pitt

So you could also say we had our 2 best performances in this situation. I wouldn't say we laid an egg vs SF or the Ravens either. We were beat by better teams with the absence of Lewis.

Chicago is also a dumpster fire.

Well they did blow out the Packers when they played. Still, that was probably a fluke.

You are way behind the curve.

It's long past time to accept it.

That means absolutely nothing. Saints have proven that as of now they can't beat anyone. The garbage Panthers had 3 wins and the Saints let them do whatever they wanted.

There were no excuses for losing a few of the games we've lost this season.

This team is a dumpster fire and I cannot confidently say that we will win any of these remaining games.

Toss up.

After having to travel to Seattle and losing in the playoffs.. I believe all division champs should be in the playoffs. They knocked us out.. I am ready to return the favor as a sub 500 division winner.

I always want the division to matter.
