And less money on the Ford when it's time to sell.

You buy trucks as investments? That's smart.

Looking at one. It's got about 20k miles. Ecoboost 6. Loaded. What other details do you need? What should I offer? What do you expect to see as a starting price? What is most you would pay?

With the 2015s about to hit the lot with a new body style they should be cutting some serious deals on the 2014s. You can get an XLT now with leather backup camera and the differential lock on XLT (wasn't an option in the previous years to my knowledge).

20k on a 4 year old truck isn't that big of a deal, I have 2012 with 23k on mine, I have just over a 20 mile commute to work round trip, and if it weren't for my trips to the deer camp, the delta, a vacation or two, and Lake Verret I wouldn't be close to 20k.

I would stay away from the ecoboost personally, especially one in an early run of manufacturing but that's my preference.

Damn. I average 60k miles a year. Almost to 30k on my 2014 Dodge and I picked it up at the end of July of this year.

Yeah I used to work across the river, 40 miles in the morning 50 in the afternoon. (the Plaquemine Ferry will cause you to lose your religion). Got the opportunity to work closer to home, it was like getting a raise and turned a 14.5 hour day into a 13, plus I didn't have to cross the bridge and drive to Plaquemine everyday

Nope, but I do quite a bit of research so I know about what vehicle have the best resale. I like to keep as much of my money as I can.

Pretty stupid not to wouldn't you agree.
The fact that I like the truck is a positive.
