I have 6 hours of finals tomorrow and I will be cramming all night doing some last minute studying. I will probably have a chance to sleep for 2-3 hours. I always battle between getting more sleep and ensuring that I have gone through all the material.

What is the best meal to have in the morning to ensure that I stay alert all day during my two exams? Should I drink coffee or not? My first exam is from 10-1 and the second one is from 2-5.

Without sleep, your brain can't process the information anyway

Don't eat right before an exam. It's bad regularly. Worse on little sleep.

Worst advice ever! If you want to get to the top you are going to need to pull a lot of all nighters.....whatever it takes! Just make a green smoothie and pound coffee.

Go to bed early, study lightly in the morning up to about 30 minutes before the exam. Chill for 30 minutes before exam.

If that doesn't get you there, you were fricked anyway.

Through my college career and on, I learned, I need at minimum 4 hrs of sleep to do worth a shite on a test. 6 hrs is preferable. Eat something for breakfast.

No sleep is never a better option, unless you're a dumbass that hasn't studied yet at all and it's 8 hrs before the test.

Call it earlier, sleep, wake 4 or 5 hrs before the test, and cram til it starts. Much better than up all night

You'll always do better on some sleep and less studying that no sleep and more studying. All nighters are for those with too much anxiety

With 6 hours of exams you need a few hours of sleep or you will be complete mush. Study late, wake up early to review. And if you drank coffee while you studied, drink it before your exam. Good luck.

Bunch of softies in here. Ya in college at a school like LSU if you need an all-nighter you are lazy but in the real world sometimes you just can't stop working

I think I am going to sleep from 2-5 or 5:30, wake up and then study some before I leave for the exam. Yep. Otherwise my afternoon exam might be brutal.
