David Spade bounced in and did his own opening set, Dave had one of the best live sets ice ever seen. Aside from maybe 2-3 stories that were scripted, he spent most of the hour just bullshitting with the crowd and current NOLA events.

Went last night with Hannibal Burress opening. Sounds like he did the same set. I would say it was 90-95% white

his set last night was awesome. his lil wayne impressions were on point. burriss was awesome as well. the first guy, Mo or whatever, sucked. Laid too heavy on racism for humor. 80% of Dve's set last night was sort of improv playing off people in the audience and shite that had recently happened to him.

Must have been a different type set..no lil Wayne jokes, but it was fricking outstanding. Worth every penny.

Really? Wife didn't want to go because she is racist and was scared. Got 3rd row for Cheech and Chong though.

Chappelle brought up Cosby a bunch of times, kept going back to it. Very funny.

He mad a very short joke about being choked by the NOPD years ago filming a movie. Somehow it's taken off on social media. People writing about it like its the only story he told all night. I was like 5 seconds of his show.

Worth the $$ though, i'd def go see him again.

It is going to be a well to pull from for a few months for a lot of comics if they choose.

Glad to hear he is back. I would love to go see him. But always worried that my wife and I would be the snowflakes in the crowd. Good to hear the crowd make up would be OK. Something where I am constantly wondering "can I laugh at that?"
