Does this seem like a fad that will fade away? Wife and I are planning on doing all of the fixtures in this, but I'm worried it may not be something everyone would want in a home if we decide to sale later on. Opinions and tips are welcome. TIA!

It seems to be sticking around. I would use it or nickel finish.

honestly, as I see it, pretty much everything is a fad except plain old chrome...

if I were planning to sell the house within the next 10 years, I would get whatever the hot finish is...but if I were keeping it longer than that, I would get chrome...

Get what you want as you have to live there.

Oil rubbed bronze won't stop someone from buying the place should you decide to sell.

Unless you have a baller house it doesn't cost a fortune to change out the hardware anyway.

My house is 6 years old and I have oil rubbed bronze finishes.

Appears to still be in style today?
