Pops is 62... Loves cooking and drinking....

I may go Ralphie style and just get the old man a squirt gun.

What's the rant getting their fathers for the big day?

Got my dad a Scribd membership on the cheap for books and audiobooks. Will get him something else but haven't decided yet.

My dad has passed but I always got him a big bottle of Pinch Scotch, he loved it. He would always offer a drink with J and B, but only he and I drank the good stuff!

Probably going to get him a Roku. Something new and techy that I think he'd enjoy especially since he's talking about upgrading his TV for the first time in probably 10 years.

I was a flower that squirts. And it was Flick who was giving his dad that.

the day before thanksgiving, the same age as the OP's

to the OP, I guess the best ideas when your dad is up there is something personal, long lasting, nostalgic, etc.

"Killing Patton" by Bill O'Reilly.

Following up "Killing Lincoln" last year and "Killing Kennedy" the year before.

I'm sorry for your loss. I've gone through it, too. Hang in there, brother.
