Are people still ignoring the coaching issues with the OL?

I know people love to blame our OGs and their bloated contracts, but people really don't seem to connect the dots with our OL struggles and 1) losing Kromer and 2) replacing him with that worthless dung heap in Ingalls?

Ingalls is the biggest issue on the offense. Kromer was a loss that had to happen, but two perennial probowlers regressing magically once he leaves points to one thing: Ingalls.

If you recall in 2012 when Kromer was acting HC, our OL struggled. Once he returned, the OL gelled and was playing great. It's not a coincidence.

Again, blaming the players is only part of the problem, but Ingalls is the root of all the issues. Find a legit OL coach and this offense significantly improves even with the current roster.

The guys actually playing the game are the biggest issue.

Almost every thread about our oline brings Kromer up.

It hasn't been ignored at all, nor is this an original thought

But Evans was a top 5 guard in PBE just last year...

Uh, coaching from top to bottom is a problem.

I second this. I don't think anyone discounts Kromer at the OL Coaching position as a cornerstone of our offensive success...

For the first time in a long time our OT's are not the problem. Our Guards and Center are below average and Drew needs elite G's and a good Center. He's lasted OK without good T's.
