Kobe is so overrated. I've said it once, and I'll say it again. If he spent his whole career with the supporting cast that Tracy McGrady did, he would have no rings.

Apparently Kobe was ripping into them all practice long. I understand being frustrated and motivating your teammates, but you also have to lead by example. There are probably 3 times a game where Kobe doesn't get a foul call and instead of getting back on D, he'll complain to the refs. Lin got on him the other night for it and I don't think kobe took too kindly to it.
