Chromecast is a good idea. Those small bluetooth speakers are also a good idea. They sound great, and you can find one for 30.

A nice booze gift set with a bottle and some glasses.
That's what I normally give - our work party has same limit. This year I went different. Kohls had these little mini cast iron pans that come with some mix, where you can make these giant cookies or brownies in them. They were like $10 each, so I got three different kinds.
