Obviously this decreases the "luck" factor but just how much fun is it?

I am in two leagues this year and in the first week of the playoffs I had Romo going against TY Hilton and Forte in one and the opposite in another. While that's probably not too bad it still felt weird.

Only in 3 I really care about, but i know what you mean

This week I have several players on one team that I will be going up against in another.

I used to be in 3 leagues. This year I'm only in my work league and it's been a lot more fun to me. It makes winning in this one feel more rewarding for some reason.

In 3 this year. This is the most I've done and likely the most I ever will.

I'm in 6 leagues and it's been hell. Not because I'm addicted to fantasy but just 6 different groups of friends or family that I'm close with.

On top of it, three of them are money leagues and that's just even worse. For example I had DeMarco Murray in one of my leagues but faced him in several others this past weekend. Only thing that helps is that I tend to just set my lineups and whatever happens, happens.

I know I'll definitely be dropping out of two leagues next year though.

I am in 5 and made the playoffs in all 5.

Its still fun to me, and I dont even have money on the line. I dont do money leagues. Yeah, it can be annoying having to cheer for a guy to get points, buuuut not to many. However usually that means if that whatever the guy does you will either win one or lose won. I got lucky this week and won despite facing Leveon Bell, while winning in another league because I had him.

I moved on this week in 3 of the 5. One of the leagues I lost was because he had 5 guys I owned in other leagues who all did well. Oh well.

Sheesh. What is the point?? I could understand 1 or 2 free leagues, but 5? Wow.

I'm in 5 leagues. All are money leagues, although 1 is barely anything because its a family league. I made playoffs in all 5, and I'm still alive right now.

When you get over 3 leagues, you just have to trust you have a solid team and not worry about individual players until SNF and MNF. I even try not to draft the same player in more than 2 leagues if I can avoid it unless I just really think I am getting great value. So none of my teams are very similar at all. I set all my lineups Sunday morning and then usually dont look at it during the noon games. Just let it roll and dont worry as much about my opponents teams each week(aka "playing against your own players")

Im in 4 leagues. All 4 made the playoffs still have 3 remaining.

The issue with playing against is your own players is that you have to decide which league means more to you and just go with it.

i have my
Care the most league,
Care a bit but not as much,
Hopefully all goes well,
frick i dont give 2 shits honestly.

Thats how my 4 leagues are judged by me haha

The key is to prioritize how you care about the leagues so it's never hard to pull against one of your players.

I have 5 leagues.
1) close friends league.. I care about this league far and away more than any other- $60
2) college buddies league- also easy to care more when more $ is on the line- $100
3) high school friends- $50
4) random buddy's uncles league where I don't know most of the people- $50
5) work league - $5
