During an exclusive sit-down with Continuum star Rachel Nichols, ET Canada confirmed that Showcase's Canadian original action-drama (which airs on Syfy in the States) will return for a fourth and final season of six episodes airing in 2015.

"All great stories deserve an end. I am excited and grateful to finish Continuum with the riveting conclusion it deserves," said series star, Rachel Nichols. "This series finale is dedicated to the devoted fans who have loyally supported us since day one."

sucks that it will be so little but at least it isn't getting screwed by being cancelled on a cliffhanger the way Alphas did.

It took 6 months to renew this show, and all they get is 6 episodes (when Simon Barry said he had 10 seasons mapped out).

Oh well, I guess it's better than nothing.

Apparently it took this long b/c they were trying to make a budget work. SyFy wouldn't split production costs with Showcase.

Damn. There's no way they'll be able to tie everything up. But it is better than nothing.

Thankful that Orphan Black is doing well.
