Not that all the Balkan groups don't have their share of crazies that play by different rules, but people do realize it was the Serbs who committed genocide against the Bosnians, right?

What's changed? Doesn't the fed prosecute hate crimes/civil rights charges?
I stand that that will happen. doesn't matter what the STL police Chief "asks for". It doesn't meet Holder and Obama's racial requirements.

Sadly, history shows that this is far too common. White "victim" makes up story about black perpetrators, and the innocent get jailed or falsely accused for it.
