Any team with half a brain will pick up Fagundez and Mullins in a heartbeat.

Revs gm tweeted today that there is a deal in place with NYCFC and Orlando so that Fagundez will not be taken.

How many players can a team protect? If I was Orlando, I would definitely take Fagundez anyways.

Fagundez must have really dropped off this season; he finished the 2012-13 campaign as probably the MLS' hottest prospect.

Perkins is done, Ricketts is done - or both are close to it. Also, Orlando traded for Tally Hall and NYCFC already has Josh Saunders. If either team were to try to grab a GK, MacMath and Brian Perk are interesting, and Gruenenbaum and Kronberg aren't awful. FC Dallas left Raul Fernandez unprotected, so I assume he's leaving MLS - he's really good.
Mauro Rosales is 57, I think. Other field players (not on your list) that I would be interested in, if I was GMing:

What's the situation right now with Tierry Henry? Is he leaving the MLS as some were speculating? I see that NY RedBulls left him unprotected as well.

You watch more MLS than me so I will concede to your better judgment, but Luyindula is older than Maurales and Ricketts won goalkeeper of the year last year. Didn't see how he played this year though.

Dallas picked Dan Kennedy in the Chivas USA dispersal draft and looks like they decided to keep Chris Seitz over Fernandez

Curious.
Kennedy is a beast. Seitz is cheaper (certainly) and younger (I think) than Fernandez, so that would make sense.
If Fernandez is sticking around MLS, somebody is going to pickup a decent keeper - certainly Dallas won't keep all three. He'd be a great replacement for 73-year old Jon Busch in San Jose.
