I love the Saints but not this team, sick of watching them. I honestly wish I could find something else to do but my love for the Saint's and football draws me in every Sunday. I don't understand these guys or maybe we are just not good. It seems that we can come some weeks with laser focus and devise a good game plan and then others it's like we forgot that the game even started. Hell at home games you can't even get your first beer before we are already down 10 to 14 points.

I would love to say it's on the coaching staff but these are grown men who are professional's and should be able to get themselves ready and prepared week in and week out. I don't know where this team goes from here, there are 3 games left and honestly I could see anywhere from 5-11 to 7-9 possibly 8-8, just can't tell with these guys. The injury excuse is unacceptable, every single team in football goes through injuries and has to find ways to win without guys. The next man up mentality. I will keep watching because im a fan through thick and thin but I just don't see this movie ending well, and unless we make some wholesale changes in the off season this movie will continue to end bad. There has to be changes along the O line and we need to get better at the wide rec position. Also need to find another legit corner and get more speed at linebacker.

Same. There's just something that is missing from this team. It doesn't feel like a Payton/Brees era Saints team.

People are going to come in here and tell you to turn in your fan card, but I just want to let you know that this is totally rational. Love the Saints, but I've been toyed with too much this season. Over it.

Didn't Balt & Carolina face us with basically entirely new secondaries, including starting 2 rookies? Agreed about the injuries being the overall cause.

A sight step back is expected when your star players go down, but you still have NFL players on your roster.

It's only confusing if you think this is a good team. Besides the Green Bay game, we haven't been good.

We have WRs who are average in the NFL...and our all-pro QB at times makes them look better than they really are. Historically, Brees and Payton have been able to overcome this and actually be good enough to offset other deficiencies on the team. We aren't doing that this year nearly as much.

We have a defense that is poor in the backfield, below average at LB, and slightly above average on the DL. There really isn't much that can be done to fix that. If you look at it on paper, it's actually amazing that we have any success on defense ever.
