I liked it as well. It's not exactly hall of fame level television I'll admit but it makes for a good fun watch for me.

I thought the Minotaur in human form was well done - muc better than the costume (I'm pretty sure it was a costume and not CGI) Minotaur.

That minotaur suit was terrible--looked more like a Halloween outfit.

The dude hitting the human minotaur with the truck was terrible. It just wasn't well executed.

This episode was alright. It was entertaining enough for me. Felt like a 2nd rate warehouse 13 episode though.

The special effects and action sequences are suppose to look kind of corny. The Librarian movies were the same way.

But I'm having a hard time not having Wyle as the focal point. He made the movies fun, and not having his character as the focal point has taken a lot of the charm away for me. He should be leading these newbie librarians, not Romijn.

Do they use basically the same music as Doctor Who?

Pretty good show... not as good as Leverage, IMO, but it's done by the same people, isn't it?

Enjoyed tonight's episode. Especially liked that they showed a little guts in at least touching on other winter solstice/ Midwinter celebration figures. The Odin bit was fun and even Nick (the shoemaker?) was intresting.

Ending was a little hokey with the "travelling around giving 'hope'" bit. But didn't really detract from the show.

And an interesting "slip" by Laroquette's character in that last scene.
