Don't know his entire resume', but he won at Utah with a 2-star recruit named Alex Smith who became a First Round NFL draft pick. He did far more with Tim Tebow at Florida than a couple of NFL coaching staffs could. Now he almost runs the table at Ohio State with a second string QB and then routs a pretty good Wisconsin team in the Big Ten championship 59-0, with a third stringer.
I just wonder what he could do for kids like Anthony Jennings and Brandon Harris.

A lot with Harris, a little with Jennings.

to be fair he couldn't do a whole lot with John Brantley.

I never understand these threads.

We'll never know, so what's the point in bringing it up?

He wouldn't recruit Jennings. Harris would be a stud

I just hope he kicks Saban's butt around in their semi-final matchup!

I don't. I hope Bama makes him quit coaching again. He decided to take the easy road

vs college kids I'm sure NFL staffs could do something with a 5 star truck who can throw a decent pass every now and then

How does Ohio St have three talented QB's, much less getting the backup ready to play in one week? LSU has trouble putting one QB on the field.

Les had a full month to get Mettenberger ready to play in the BCS game against Bama if Jefferson had been injured or was ineffective. I'd have to rank Meyer ahead of Les...
