Lol really. UCLA facilities are stuck in the 80's. They cant get everything they want they also dont pay for assistance coaches so they cant keep them. Michigan would be a step up from UCLA

I think Schiano and Miles get the next calls.

And I think Cam is a lock to go with Les, which will be a big selling point for Les. 2 Mich guys with pedigrees and the ability to turn it around and recruit with Urban.

I'd bet Schiano gets the next call.

Oh yeah, there's the guy who's going to beat the Urban Meyer led Ohio State.

(Schiano was always terrible against the spread.)

that's not entirely accurate. Ucla is a good job with a lot going for it, but it's not a premiere job. It's a public university in a broke state, at a basketball school, with a generally apathetic stance toward football. Weather? Yes. Recruiting grounds? Yes. But still the little brother. Still have adminstrators who aren't all in on football. I mean, He had to threaten leaving last year to get his staff a raise. If it's such a good job, how come everyone celebrates him like a messiah for only winning 9 games a year? Good job, not great. Not that I think Michigan is a better job anymore

I'm not saying I think he's any great choice. I just think he's going to get a call.

But Michigan is still a national draw with the right coach they could get back to the top quick. They are a sleeping giant and it wouldn't take much to wake up.

What are you laughing about? Let me guess, you are one of these geniuses that rank coaches on a per game basis.

Les has a NC, 2 SEC titles, and an incredible record. Cam is a former NFL HC and OC and has a great resume. They are both Michigan alums. What's so funny?

The longer the Michigan job goes unfilled, the greater the chance that they may make Les Miles an offer he may no be able to refuse. If Harbaugh really is going to stay in the professional ranks then I think the next person on the list is Miles....I wouldn't take Schiano, he's really not ready for the big time and he proved it at Tampa. The race would be between Mora and Miles then. If Miles takes the job, look for LSU to go after Mora. He (Mora) would be a fool not to take the LSU job with what he has a recruiting base and on the roster currently.

I wouldn't mind Jim Mora Jr. As our head coach if Miles would leave.

I'd just be happy with the OC/QB Coach on the sidelines. You don't need altitude to call dive plays.
