Some of those republicans are not popular right now.

Possibly the worst candidate to ever run for statewide office in this state's history.

Jindal and Dardenne both appeared at GOP rallies for Cassidy.

Nope but the rest owed Landrieu.

I posted the video of Caldwell doing Elvis for Mary. I know Kennedy would not say a bad word about Landrieu. Strain openly told people Landrieu was good for "agriculture" which means good for the La Dept of Ag. (I like Strain but he is a politician.)

Jindal knew what day the runoff was going to be and he planned on being out of the state.

The riff between him and Vitter must be huge.

I'm not going to let this post slip away without being singled out for notice.

No love fest between Vitter & Jindal. Vitter runs the state right now not Jindal.

Jindal's presidential plans > not getting recognized for his minimal efforts in the campaign.

Everyone knows that was Vitter's campaign. Jindal did his token support.

I wouldn't read into it much more.

I think Jindal and Vitter hate each other more than they hate any democrats.

well this could have just been a Jindal/Vitter pissing match thread. Which we all know.

I just wanted to respond that Jindal and another statewide Republican was visible in the campaign.

Honestly, BJ did Cassidy a favor by not trying to "help" him.

BS. I never saw Jindal in ad--thank goodness. What other statewide republican? are you scared to say?

I bet you Jindal's PAC did not spend a dollar in the race.

No, I said it earlier. Why would I be scared? Dardenne.

They both appeared with Cassidy at campaign rallies across the state.

I wouldn't take that bet cause he didn't. Doesn't mean he wasn't active. No one was as active as Vitter and I won't argue that. Just saying that they weren't silent either.

What does that say to republicans nationwide?? Jindal didn't even contribute to a republican senate race in his home state that was considered before 11/4 very important to republican control of the senate.
