Bailey has been the go-to guy for Hill and the Rams lately and has a great matchup against the Redskins.
Moncrief has emerged as Andrew Luck's #3 WR and looks like he can have plenty upside this week with Reggie Wayne struggling to do much and Hilton being smothered by Joe Haden.
Allen was an TD machine earlier in the season but this will be his first game back from his ankle injury.

Keenan Allen is averaging over 12 targets per game since Chargers Week 10 bye. On pace for a 96-1,016-5 second NFL season. He is coming on hot and will win some teams some money going forward IMO.

For the RB, Id have to go Mason knowing he will be the bellcow.
