That place charges outrageous monthly fee compared to other locations.

Snap locks in your rate no matter what home gym you use(the one you go to the most). But if you get a good rate from an Anytime across town for say $30 a month but start going to 73 most, you will get hit with like $60 a month. It's a great gym but unless you get a locked in low rate, it's gonna cost as much as a full service gym.

Is this true? They must think very highly of their location. As long as a member meets the minimum I just let them transfer at whatever rate they are currently at.

Yea and I get the idea b/c it does reward owners for making their location better than minimum standards. But members just need to know what's up

And yes it's true. My co-worker left snap couple years ago and is right next to me in the office daily. He bitches about it often and goes do 'faux swipes' at the location by our plant b/c of that very reason.

Well as long as they let them know before the transfer then its ok. I remember Dill said that one had spinning and other classes included. Pretty nice.

Yea I'm not bashing them for sure as it makes complete economic sense to charge more for a more 'realer' gym than just equipment, bathroom, and water fountain.

Like one poster said, it's legit. Mostly b/c tons of hot chicks go there from pville area but it's bc they offer much more than usual strip mall 24 hour gyms.
