There are some biological signs of thirst that your body displays which can be mistaken for being symptoms and signs of other conditions. If the root cause of these signs and symptoms is dehydration, you can avoid unnecessary and costly medical interventions by rehydrating your body

I drink a lot of water throughout the day and night, but I'm always thirsty.
I've always been that way. Wake up every morning with cotton mouth and have to chug two tall glasses of water before I brush my teeth.

That website states you can cure cancer by simply drinking more water on a regular basis. I'm no expert but I call bullshite.

Yeah, about 1-1.25 gallons per day on average. 1 gallon most days and 1.5 gallons during yardwork season.

Hydration is overrated and people with sippy cups are silly.

I drink at least a half gal a day sometimes more. I have noticed though that since I have started doing this, I am really thirsty on the days that I don't. If I go more than 2 days without a half gal. I start to feel sick.

Its just such a simple thing to do considering the benefits

I try to get up from my desk once an hour to move around a little and get water.

I'm the same way. It sucks. I cannot stand that morning cotton mouth.

I chug a bunch of water in the morning and then again after lunch. Probably get about a gallon down per day. 2 gallons if beer counts.

2 12oz cups of coffee to start the day, then move on to water after that. Usually drink 3 bottles of water a day(with Dasani drops). Probably need to drink one more in the evening.

I drink 6-8 16.9 oz bottles a day.

Nope.
I try to force it down at my desk at work, so I'll go through a few cups a day, but outside of work I hardly drink any. I drink a few beers or wine (occasional liquor) every night, so I try to hydrate while at work.
A long break from work will kill me though. The beer consumption without water.

(I know this wasn't the intent of your post)
There is almost no clinical or scientific evidence that proves we need to drink a ton of water every day. Somehow this ridiculous myth has spread.
