Cowboys & Bears exchanging jerseys?

After the game I noticed several players exchanging jerseys. Is this common? I watch a lot of football but maybe have never paid attention to this.

I've only seen it in soccer. Cool though. I always like to see players go for Messi and Ronaldo.

Very common in soccer, exchanging jerseys with a player that played a good game. I like it, hope to see it more in the NFL.

It happens all the time now. I've really only noticed it for like the past 2 seasons though. I guess maybe soccers growing popularity is rubbing off some.
