It is the small things in driving that led to road rage

Like when you get to a stop sign slightly after the person across from you. It is clearly their right of way and I'm turning left. I motion for them to go. They turn around and motion me to go. If I had a button to push and remove them from the earth I would consider using it.

no I don't get worked up over petty shite like this
Posted on 12/4/14 at 9:55 pm to rebeloke
You're upset because they've offered to let you go first?

LSU piston makes a mute point.

Very annoying. Especially when I purposely let my car roll a little bit more to make it obvious they beat me.

They got there first. They have the right of way. I motioned to let them go first. They then decide to motion me ahead. Why do do that? We have rules for the road. They broke two of them. They had right of way and I motioned first. Those same types wait until there is literally no traffic to cross a four lane. Overly contious drivers flip me out.

Yep. F'n morons.
Or when the driver stops clearly before you do, but waits til you come to a complete stop before they go.

People who park on the fricking line. I was trying to park my truck today at lunch and all 4 empty spots that were empty were bc shitheads parked on/ over the line. I backed into one spot without care, they most definitely had to hit the back of my truck to open their door but I was so fired up I didn't care. They may have had to climb across it was so close. But hey, I was inside the lines

I didn't think they had traffic lights, much less paved roads, in Mississippi.

I can think of some way more obnoxious things to get road rage about than fricking stop sign etiquette

Better question is, who makes these fricking lines. There is no standard for dimensions. Some places remind me of Neyland Stadium.

People who want to turn left at places where it's really hard to turn left because of traffic.

These things used to eat at me; I have come to accept that no matter what they do, I just don't like most people.

I can use this in pretty much any OT thread

When the left turn arrow turns green, fricking GO!! Pay attention.

Turn circles.
Really folks, is it THAT difficult to figure the basic premise of them out?

I can understand why many people would not want to drive in excess of the speed limit; but, it drives me insane when someone is moseying along at about 10 - 15 mph lower than the speed limit. About 25% of the time, it's an elderly driver and I feel like a jerk for getting mad. About 70% of the time, it's some casual driver who's got a telephone stuck to their ear and are just oblivious to everything else. I have no explanation for the other 5% but recognize that some folks may be unfamiliar with the city and are having a hard time finding their cues for turning, etc.

Pisses me off way more than it should.
