If so, they have not posted them yet. What is up with that?

A couple of weeks ago, I went on whitehouse.gov to see how many times Al Sharpton had visited the White House. The WH visitors list hadn't been updated since July. There may be a similar situation with the EOs.

I recall something similar with his gun rights executive orders he signed in the wake of the Newtown shootings. Don't know if he ever officially signed those either, as a matter of fact. I assume he did though.

Apparently, the deportation part of the "executive action" is contained in a "presidential memorandum" issued by DHS head Johnson. So, he is the one with his head on the block.

Doesn't matter if he signs it or not everyone should just ignore his order. After all he ignores the Constitution all the time so I don't see why we can't just ignore his executive orders.

Knows the MSM will not carry the story. Knows there is SIGNIFICANT risk of SCOTUS handing his arse to him if he signs this particular EO.

They still have either not been signed or posted...or as suggested in this thread, he never had any intention of signing an executive order and has punted to an agency head via executive memo.

How can anyone take Obama seriously as a leader of a nation - as compared to simply the leader of a party?

He verbally states what changes he wants to make....minions follow his orders.....more people cross the boarder. Congress tries to sue, impeach, punish Obama, but there is no paper trail cause he didn't sign anything.

Obama's response.....I can't change laws, I was just stating what I would like to see happen.

This is really no different than what he did during his SOTU address in 2010 when he called out the SC justices. He didn't have to have a paper trail and all he had to do was tell his party he wanted action taken......and minions in the IRS did their part.

I don't place any faith in World Net Daily. I do find it odd that executive orders that were promised and apparently signed have not been posted for citizens to read though.

I remember long ago him promising to post all legislation for a period of time before he signed it. Granted, an EO is not legislation, but it does seem that if he signs one, it should be available for public view.
