What is Bucee's monthly/annual profit from one store?

What kind of profit is a travel center such as Bucee's or Woody's Smokehouse(Centerville, Tx) turning monthly?
These places are absolutely jam packed on the weekends.
Other than financing, what would be the other major hurdles to opening a travel center/specialty meats store along a major interstate?
What size initial loan would be required to open a store 1/2 the size of a typical Bucee's store?

Those are privately held so I'm not sure what you are going to find numbers-wise, but, any place like that is making it in two ways:
1) Volume
2) Pulling people into the store because of the things they sell and what they provide (like the Buc-ees bathrooms)
The larger Buc-ees stores sell a lot of crap, but they also sell a lot of things they make such as the food, fudge, beaver nuggets, etc, which I imagine have a pretty good margin.
So I would think you would have the financing, and the location would be a big thing also. Has to be an area that gets a lot of traffic, but not really inside a major city. You also have to have a draw.
I think the Buc-ees owner has incentive to control the product, but I always thought a small, well thought out, reasonable franchise plan would bring in a ton of money.

The Baytown, TX store opens in a few weeks.
With both Baytown and the Luling store pretty much cover the I-10 corridor from the state line to San Antonio.

It's still not open yet? I thought it was supposed to be open by Thanksgiving.
We are going to Katy on New Years Eve and spending a few days there, hopefully will be open by then.

Woody's in Centerville is doing very well and they are just up the road from the Bucee's in Madisonville.

The city council in Corinth, TX recently rejected a proposed Bucee's that would've employed half their damn city and brought in massive sales tax revenues.

The thing with Bucees is that it's almost a novelty to stop there for out of staters. You see road signs 200 miles away advertising it, and multiple signs after that doing the same. Opening an independent truck stop sounds like a bad idea (no volume discount on fuel, no reputation--ie flying j's=cheap fuel, Bucees=clean bathrooms).
