Took a nice 4 day break from drinking. And the late shift has been kicking my arse. Time to relax a bit.
FB of the W / Fossil Cove Brewing Paleo Pale Ale
Not a bad little hoppy PA. It's got a nice nose and the balance of hop to malt is there. What holds it back is the thin / light body and a lingering bitterness that is rather flat. Needs some floral or citrus notes to give it some more depth. Overall a decent attempt.

SBD / more Paleo Pale Ale . Beer might be paleo, but the diet isn't. Taking down a frozen pizza. Guess I'll have to carry this thread til 2 or 3 am.

mrs coater was not fond of me having that one just before dinner last weekend (after having several beers prior). I was good and lit at dinner.

After much research, I think the sweet spot for a DIPA is 8%.
