Just days before the runoff election, FOX 8 objects to what we believe is a misrepresentation in the ad, and we have formally asked the Landrieu campaign to pull the spot. Landrieu's campaign manager, Ryan Berni, defends the ad that's running statewide, saying: "The ad is factual. Bill Cassidy is simply trying to distract voters from the fact that he took more than $100,000 in a taxpayer-funded salary for work he didn't do. Louisianans deserve to know the truth." UNO political scientist Ed Chervenak says it toys with a journalist's credibility. “Well you're almost giving sanction to the ad,” Chervenak said. “He's almost like an authority figure, if you will. He's a public figure. They probably want to plant the respect he's developed as an anchor and use that in their ad. I'm not sure if that's ethical or not."

She's fricking with Snell. Saturday can't get here fast enough.

The ads on black radio are worse.

All of the life boats have already been taken. She's now throwing out the last life ring trying to hang on in 20' seas. Aka SHE GONE!!!

Nah, she's more like Jack at the end of Titantic, trying to get on that floating door, only to find that her older, fatter self is already on the door and won't let her on. Hmmm...maybe she's more like Luke Skywalker in Empire Strikes Back, fighting Darth Vader in the cave.

And now with the puppy mill ads, Mary doesn't get it. You sided with dear leader too many times and now you have to pay the price for not representing the people who put you there.

I've been very busy telling political callers and door-to-door guys to leave me the frick alone. I cut off every one of these callers immediately and say, "I am not interested in these calls. Please take me off your list." At least the calls have come down dramatically since I started doing that from 2 a day to 1 every few days.

She ASKED to be "unelected"!

It's funny that she says "the people" through their elected representatives made Obamacare the law. Yet, when the bill was before Congress, no one could read it, and when Mary saw that NO ONE WANTED this steaming pile of a socialist redistribution of wealth clusterf*ck, what did she do??? She cancelled all her town hall meetings and took her phones off the hook in Louisiana and D.C. so that "the people" couldn't tell her how they felt.

Yeah, Ms. Piggy, "the people," your constituents, made Obamacare the law.

You know you are losing your race when your ads cause people to want to vote for your opponent. With the way things are going I wouldn't be shocked to see Cassidy win by 10 points.

Only 10 points?

I think Mary may lose by closer to 20 if she has pissed off every group in the state but blacks and white liberals, the latter of which is an endangered species in LA.

Black voting numbers are seriously down in early voting, Mary doesn't have the cash to run the turnout machine necessary to boost them, and Edwards is the only other major candidate on a downticket race who could help her.

I would be surprised to see her hit 40 percent at this rate.

Her ad in an outright fabrication of what John Snell said on the air.

It's unbelievable that people try to get away with this type of stuff.

You should listen to the accusations Cedric Richmond is slinging on black radio. I've been searching for it to no avail.

It's amazing how ignorant they suspect black people to be.

They lie now as a normal thing. It's Dem's Sol Alinsky policy to lie to get what you want. It's also a Dem. Union thing to lie.
