Anyway to get more RAM in a MacBook Air, 11-inch (Mid 2013)?

The 4 GB RAM is not cutting it, but everything I've seen says its soldered to the board.
Is there a place to take an MBA to upgrade the RAM at a reasonable price?

No, your upgrade option is to buy a new one.
At least used macs fetch decent prices so you get most of your money back to put towards a new one. 2 years is a short lifecycle though. I used my old 2006 white macbook heavily until last year and it only had 3 GB of useable RAM.

agreed. just sell it, and shop around for a good deal on a new one with sufficient specs. mac's do retain their value pretty well so you won't get killed.
